naz thx k for all the things that u told and taught me coz i really learned a lot from u.i will try to apply it inside band somehow k.from now onwards,i will think positive in everything i do.i know what to do.its my band so my partner,exco and myself must do something coz nobody else will help us that much.i think that we better not depend on the alumni so much.in fact,we need to do on our own.first,it's all about myself in band.i must know when to joke and when to be strict.i must not be too nice to them already.i must not let the band continue this way.i think that the band had slacked enough already,i cannot give them anymore leeways.every little things that i do can reflect myself as either a good or a bad band major.then,i must know the difference between a friend and a band member inside band.i need to treat everyone equally.i must do something now before the problem getting more bigger.if the band step over my head0,it will be more difficult than now i will be in deep trouble.we must solve it quick instead of running away from our problems.i must not think of my onwself in band but i must help one another to improve the band.it is because band is a family of marsiling concert band.we need to respect one another.basically,every band member needs to have the same mindset and work towards it together as one.
